uTorrent comes with a lot of "trash"

uTorrent, the most famous bittorrent client, comes with a litecoin mining program and is used when the CPU is not in full use by the PC.

Recently, it has been discovered that along with the latest upgrade of uTorrent, it is installed -without the user knowing it- and an extra app, which is essentially a miner.

This results in using the user's PC as a miner for uTorrent's staff. See here how you can disable it from your PC and you might want to try an alternate torrent client like qBittorrent or tixati.
