A gaming modder named Banjo Kazooie, turned his Wii U controller into a PC that runs Windows 10 and used it to emulate the... Wii U.
According to him, his project includes an Intel Core M vPro STK2MV64CC stick, a 4GB Ram, a 64GB SSD and a 2K LCD. He also added some LEDs around the analog controls.

This project has nothing to do with a console because it is a PC "pressed" on the Wii U controller. It also emulates the Wii U with the Cemu emulator, yet the in-game speed will certainly be very slow.
